Group Outdoor Boot Camp Training:

 

Overall a great fitness experience, as we move outdoors to a relaxing field, or community park. In this outdoor setting, anything goes as the distance, and the room for exercising is unlimited. In the field we train using bodyweight, all agility, core, and stability, with cones, discs, jump ropes, and functional ladders. Battle ropes may be used to challenge your core and stamina! Training is done to maximize your fitness to a new level, as exercises are done at higer intensity, and longer duration. It does not take long for you will be feeling this workout. Sprinting and a lot of mobility drills are used, don't worry you inner child wil be happy. Some military drills, and upperbodyweight movements are added for increasing challenge. If you don't think you can handle it, you probably can't. This training is tough, and it's recommended to bring a gallon jug of semi-frozen water to the field, and a couple of beach towels, as this boot camp is sweaty.  

One On One Outdoor/Indoor Bootcamp:

 

So you're not a groupie, but maybe you want to train outdoors, then you will love this training. If you don't want to be stuck in a gym, we can go outside and exercise, that way you can feel comfortable and perform your best. This training is semi- boot camp style but more personal attention is given, and we may even use TRX. It's basically core exercises, and bodyweight drills. If you don't think you can have a great workout outside, just try it. It's a total body workout in an hour and it includes a warm up & cool down, & maybe some stretching. Jumping, plyometrics, & functional training is basically the core of this one on one boot camp. This is a great experience, and you will not be disappointed.
