We work with clients of all ages & sizes, our Certified Health Specialist Is College degreed In Exercise Science & Health Promotions, as well as insured master personal trainer. 25 Years of hands-on one on one persoan training experience. Training with weights, weight vests, jump-ropes, bands, battle-ropes, cones, dumbbells, ladders, & equipment of all kind, as well as outdoor field & track training. In home personal training is offered as well.

Small group training is available from 2-10 clients.

CORE STRENGTH
If you need work on your posterior/anterior mid area region, [Lower Back & Abdominals] Healthy Habits can help shapen up the core! We work with stability, balance, & bodyweight movements that specifily isolate the core region. If you have a weak back or under-developed back muscles we can strengthen them up for you. We also specialize in upper back & neck strengthening for clients with injuries or weak muscles in the neck.
